From the high capacity 4 ½ cup hopper (extension to 11cups is available) to the self-locking grind consistency dial, every aspect of the mill is designed for maximum application. Even the large flywheel comes standard with a groove for a V-belt, perfect for motorization. Any type of dry grain or legume can be ground to flour on the oversized 5” grinding burrs at an astonishing rate. The design has been distilled down to the fundamentals, providing simplicity, durability, ease of use as well as cleaning. The widest spectrum of texture is available from the finest flour to coarse cracked grains.

The body is nearly indestructible, hand cast with I-Beam technology out of high quality Aircraft Aluminum.
